Except as provided below, you must not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, re-create publish or transmit any materials obtained through the Services, delete or change any copyright, trademark or other rights notices property from copies of materials provided as part of the Services. The user has the right to request the withdrawal of prize money at any time, using the available Platform withdrawal methods that are provided by payment aggregators (for example, PayPal, CardLink, etc.)

FTOYD may request additional data to confirm identity and prevent fraud.

FTOYD has the right to suspend the withdrawal of prize money until the user completes the procedure identity verification (KYC), if required by the payment aggregator or internal security systems.

FTOYD provides users with the opportunity to participate in tournaments and receive prize money payments based on the results of such tournaments in accordance with the rules and conditions of the specific tournament. The size of the prize fund, the procedure for its distribution and payment terms are determined by the tournament organizer or platform and are displayed on the corresponding tournament page.

As part of the provision of FTOYD services when making prize payments, the platform withholds a service fee of 10% of the amount of prize money to be paid to the user, unless otherwise specified by the terms of a particular tournament. Service fee is held for the purposes of:

• ensuring stable and secure operation of the platform;
• covering technical, operational and infrastructure costs;
• maintenance of payment infrastructure, anti-fraud and automated systems;
• support, development and scaling of FTOYD functionality.

FTOYD reserves the right to change the service fee. In case of resizing service fee:

• The updated size only applies to tournaments for which registration has been opened. after the changes come into force;
• conditions of already created tournaments and tournaments in which the user has registered previously remain unchanged;
• information about changes is brought to the attention of users through updates these Terms of Use and/or platform notices.

If the user does not request withdrawal of prize money within three (3) months from the date of accrual, such balance is considered inactive.

From the effective date of these Terms, all prize money already in inactive state at the time of update, can be automatically converted to U-Coin.

Before automatic conversion, FTOYD notifies the user 30, 14 and 3 days in advance via email and/or notification in your personal account.

FTOYD considers a notice to be delivered when it is sent by email user and/or displaying a notification in your personal account.

Inactive prize money is automatically converted into U-Coin at the internal FTOYD rate, valid at the time of conversion. For prize money awarded in rubles, a fixed rate is used: 1 ₽ = 1 UC.

For prizes awarded in US dollars, internal conversion is applied at the rate set FTOYD (for example, 1 USD = 100 UC). The current rate is subject to change FTOYD in unilaterally depending on economic conditions and remuneration structure.

U-Coin cannot have fractional values. When converting, mathematical rounding to the nearest whole number: values 0.5 and above are rounded up, values below 0.5 – down. Rounding is applied once at the time of conversion.

U-Coin are not a currency, are not withdrawable and can only be used internally Platforms for:

In case of blocking of a user for using cheats, cheating, or manipulating matches or other violations of the rules, FTOYD has the right:

• freeze the prize balance, or
• cancel the prize money completely.

The user acknowledges that violation of the FTOYD rules deprives him of the right to receive prize money, regardless of the date of accrual of such prize money. Forfeited or frozen prize money is not subject to restoration, compensation or conversion, even in the event of subsequent unblocking the user account. The decision is made based on internal logs, evidence, anti-fraud and anti-cheat systems.

U-Coin are not a means of payment, electronic currency or financial asset.

U-Coin cannot be converted back into real money.

FTOYD reserves the right to change the purpose of U-Coin, methods of use and list of goods/services available for U-Coin.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of service. You agree not to access or use the Services for for any illegal purposes or beyond the intended use of the Services (as per at the sole discretion of FTOYD).

Paid subscriptions are available on FTOYD, each of which provides a specific set of functions and capabilities. The subscription is activated after successful payment, unless providing a free trial period (trial). The subscription is provided for the period specified during registration (monthly, annual, etc.).

Some subscription levels may include a free trial period (for example, 14 days). If the user has not canceled the subscription before the end of the trial period, the cost of the subscription will be automatically written off at the beginning of the next billing period. The user can cancel the subscription at any time through his personal account. Cancellation takes effect effective at the end of the current paid period, access does not terminate immediately. After cancellation the subscription is not renewed, but the user retains access to its functions until the end paid period.

Refunds for subscriptions are not provided except as expressly provided. law or the terms of payment aggregators. Subscription is a digital service and access is immediate. User agrees that the right to refuse a digital product after the start of use does not applies (in accordance with UK/EU digital services legislation).

Any User Posting that you Post will not be considered confidential or protected by proprietary rights, and you grant FTOYD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, copy, reproduction, modification, adaptation, publication, translation, creation of derivative works, distribution and display of such User Posting throughout the world on any information carriers. However, FTOYD will only transmit that personal information you provide in accordance with Privacy Policy FTOYD organizations.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to The User Post that you are Publishing, at the time of the Posting that the Posting user is authentic and not fraudulent or deceptive in nature, and that The user’s publication does not violate these Terms or rights (intellectual rights property or other rights) of any third party and will not cause damage to any individual or legal entity. If notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions.
